How long does shipping take? What shipping method do you use?
Majority of orders are shipped via FedEx. Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete.
Standard Shipping (FedEx Home Delivery): 5-10 business days from date ordered.
*Currently, we only ship to the 48 Continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO's or PO Boxes.*
Do you offer International shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally but we are working on future shipping methods that make it possible to ship outside of the U.S. Please feel free to sign up for our mailing list to get updates on our products!
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Our products make wonderful gifts and we do know there are times that you need your item delivered quickly! When you place your order, make a note on the order, or email henhouse@ditzdesigns.com with your order ID number and request a quote on 2nd and 3 day shipping. *Note, we do not offer overnight/next day shipping options.
How do you take care of your faux fur?
Spot clean your faux fur. What is Spot clean?? If you have a spill or a dirty spot on your item; take a damp, light or white colored washcloth (use cold water) with a touch of colorless dish-soap (make sure it is a gentle soap without bleach) and clean the dirty spot. Use a cold damp colorless cloth and rinse the spot well. Once all soap has been removed from the spot, air dry. Once air dried, take a brush, comb or even your fingers and brush to restore the luster to your faux fur. It is crucial that you use cold water and that you let your items air dry. Heat damages the faux fur.
What age do you recommend for these stuffed animals?
These gorgeous stuffed animals are meant for anyone over the age of 3. Some of the pieces are larger and may be difficult for smaller kids to carry around. It would not be the first time if one of our pieces was purchased for a grandchild and never left Grandma's house... shhh, we will keep your secret! But seriously, we have many stories of our stuffed dogs going to nursing homes. These products are ageless.
My dog ate an ear, nose or eye… what do I do now?
First off, I hope your dog is okay! We have heard that our products have quite the realism. Some dogs think that our animals are real! Please note that our stuffed animals are not meant to be dog toys but we have experienced dogs “unstuffing” and even taking off an eye or nose. It is unfortunate when your pet vandalizes your new stuffed animal. Our best advise is that you purchase a new item.
How long does it take to process my return?
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact henhouse@ditzdesigns.com for a Return Authorization Number. 10% restocking fee may apply We will contact you with pickup information. Once the product has been received in our warehouse and it complies with our return policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Payments may take up to 7 working days to process.
